Space for your next party, meeting, private game viewing, and more!
Standard Rentals are:
- $75/Hour – Staffed (Bartender, Catering, security, etc.)
- $50/Hour – Unstaffed (”Use of the room”: Meetings, Limited Equipment use, Photoshoot space, etc.)

Need more time? Need less time? Want a part of the backyard to your self? We’ll happy to work with you and provide the best experience we can!
The following are some of the items we provide access too with rentals:
- A bartender for the duration of your rental period.
- Bottled/canned beer (Sorry no drafts), liquor, cocktails, Wines, Sodas, water. Note: Specific drinks or brands may be requested.
- Access/use of our 4K Android TV (you may bring your own logins for your favorite apps).
- Access to our desktop computer, projector, and sound system (Great for photo slideshows, music videos, or PowerPoint presentations).
- Use of our Arcade cabinet with 60 classic games (Pacman, Donkey Kong, Centipede, etc.) and classic game station, all of which are free to play!
- Use of our Pool Table.
- Use of the upstairs restroom.
- We allow outside food, but also provide Loaded Appetizers baskets; One pound baskets of any appetizer on our menu.
- Should you be interested in catering, we ask that you speak with us on the desired meal, and we will work with you and your needs. The average range per person tends to be $20-40 with custom plans.
- Maximum capacity is (60) persons.
- We require, at minimum, 3 weeks notice for booking!
